Aloft Cincinnati West Chester

Fantastic hotel. Relatively new property meant everything was in great condition. Comfortable bed, I slept great. Plenty of parking; the free Tesla chargers were a nice touch. My coworker was able to juice up his rental every night. The front desk was very good about getting me checked in quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

If you are African American consider staying somewhere else, hotel staff are racist. My husband and I stayed here multiple times and the Asian receptionist that works in the morning has been less than welcoming to us each stay. Everytime we stay here she calls us before checkout time and tries to kick us out of the room early. She told us that we smelled like weed and could not stay here again. We never smoked in the room and have always received our deposit back for incidentals. When asked what her name was she lied and said it was farra. We asked another employee and they informed us her name was Janette. Everytime I walk by the lobby she would give dirty looks and ignore us like we were inferior to her. Her attitude was as if she owned the hotel when it is in fact owned by Marriott. After giving this hotel over $1,000 from multiple stays, we found out there was no hot water. We requested to be moved to another room. Janette said it was too close to checkout and that she could not accommodate us. After some conversation back and forth they finally moved us to another room but gave us a downgraded double room instead of the King room we paid for. The rooms are nice and modern but the attitude we have received is less than expected from a receptionist who barely speaks English.

Was here for short weekend stay. Looks/feels like a newly constructed place. Very clean rooms and bathroom. They have drybar toiletry products - which were really good! The windows facing the parking lot are not tinted, people in the parking lot can clearly see through the windows - so be careful :)! The parking lot has EV chargers and spots reserved for EV vehicles. They nice airport type carts to carry luggage. No funky smell in the hallways. Overall good stay!

A nicer Aloft, I guess cause it's fairly new, but for 5 nights my room wasn't cleaned even though front desk asked me at check-in if I wanted cleaning and I said yes. Since it was just me and I was gone all day and only slept there, it wasn't a big deal but mildly annoying. For 3 days the men's bathroom in the lobby had no soap so what was housekeeping doing if they weren't cleaning rooms nor keeping the lobby bathroom. In the rooms, you can hear people flush toilets and shower. It's a nice hotel but don't think it's worth the price.
